Back Orders:
All back orders will be automatically shipped when available unless you indicate NO BACK ORDERS. Back orders over 30 days old are reconfirmed before shipping.

Prices:
We reserve the right to increase prices if we receive cost increases.

Merchandise Returns:
Do not return merchandise without a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped according to the instructions of the Landmark customer service representative. Shortages and discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Return freight and restocking fees will NOT be charged on returned goods found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Damaged or used product not subject to warranty as well as product not originally purchased from Landmark will be shipped freight collect. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of in house credit. No cash refunds will be given.

Limited Warranty:
All products have a one year limited warranty from date of purchase with original invoice or receipt. Landmark is not responsible for labor charges incurred for installing or un-installing product under warranty or otherwise.

Improper Care or Misuse:
Landmark Motorcycle Accessories shall have no obligation hereunder in the event the products have been modified by any other person or organization, or where the products become defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation or any other misuse or mistreatment of the product.

Warning:
Serious injury, death and property damage can result from the improper use, control, alteration or maintenance of motorcycles. Landmark has no control over the judgement of others and assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of others to use good judgement.

IMPORTANT:
Landmark is in no way, shape or form connected with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Any products with a trademark, name, word, or OEM number used in this catalog is strictly intended to be used solely as a reference only to the usage of that particular part. None of the parts and accessories in this catalog were manufactured by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Not all parts and accessories are DOT approved. All parts are for custom applications. We suggest you test fit all parts prior to any modifications or painting. Landmark will not be held responsible for any paint or labor cost under any circumstances, and will not accept return of any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation.
